How to access the Learning Hub

Are you already registered for Zurich’s Life Protection Platform?

If yes then you will either log in with a username and password or with a Unipass certificate, which means there is nothing more for you to do.

Just click the log in button and enter your credentials.

Are you new to Zurich’s online services?

As you’re new to Zurich’s online services, we’ll need to set you up with a Zurich Assurance Account. This will give you a secure online identity with us.

It only takes a few minutes. You can register directly with Zurich or use your Unipass Identity certificate.

You’ll need to set up an account through Okta Identity:

  • Create a username with between 8 and 10 characters, using only letters and numbers, no spaces.
  • Use your own business email address that only you can access.

If you are already registered with Unipass then you can access the Zurich Learning Hub using your existing certificate credentials / username and passphrase.​
