How to register for the Zurich Learning Hub

New users to Zurich’s online services

To register directly with Zurich you will need to create an account via Okta Identity

  • Create a username - this must be between 8 and 10 characters long and only contain letters and numbers and have no spaces.
  • Use your own business email address that only you can access. Don’t use a shared mailbox.

Why must my email address be unique to me?

  • Details of any events/webinars you wish to attend/watch will be emailed to this address.
  • Any CPD emails will be emailed to this address.
  • Any important information about the platform will be emailed to this address.
  • Add your firm’s full name. This can be found on the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) register.
  • Add your firm’s Firm Registration number (FRN) also known as a Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) number. This is a 6 or 7 digit number and can be found on the FCA Register.
  • Once you have entered these details and clicked submit you will receive an email from Okta asking you to activate your Zurich Assurance account.
  • After clicking activate you will be prompted to create a password and chose a security question and answer. This is in case you ever need to reset your password. You can then hit the create my account button.
  • You will then be taken to the Zurich adviser homepage where you will need to log in to the Zurich Learning Hub.
  • Please enter your username and password. Next, you’ll see a screen asking you to confirm the email address you want us to use for all Zurich Learning Hub communication. The system will automatically use the email you provided when creating your Okta account. You need to ensure the email address you used is only accessible by you and is your unique business email address – not a generic or shared mailbox address.
  • If you’re happy with this email address, tick the box to stop this screen from appearing next time you log in. If you’d prefer a different email address, you can update it at this point to one that only you can access.
  • You can now hit the confirm button.
  • That’s it – your hub activation is complete. You’ll then be taken to the homepage of the Zurich Learning Hub.

To register via Unipass Identity

If you are already registered with Unipass then you can access the Zurich Learning Hub using your existing certificate credentials, username and passphrase.

If you are not registered with Unipass you can create a Zurich Assurance account directly with us through a single sign on process using Okta. This will create a secure online identity with us.

Existing Life Protection Platform users registered directly with Zurich through Okta

Since you’ve already registered with the Zurich’s Life Protection Platform, you’ve set up your login details - like your username and password – and provided an email address for us to verify your Okta account.

The good news is that you can use the same login details to access the Zurich Learning Hub.

Make sure you’ve got your Zurich username and password ready. If you’ve forgotten your username, just call our e-support team and choose option 3.

Forgotten your password? No problem. You can reset it on the login page.

Existing Life Protection Platform users registered through Unipass Identity

Since you’ve registered with the Zurich Life Protection Platform using Unipass, your Unipass credentials are already set up. You’ve chosen a username, provided an email address for verification, and created a password.

You can use these same credentials to access the Zurich Learning Hub, there’s no need to create anything new.
