Registering for the Zurich Learning Hub

If you work for a company that already offers protection insurance or want to learn how it can help your customers, you can access the Zurich Learning Hub. You don’t need to have an agency with Zurich to use it.

This includes people working in protection insurance organisations, taskforces, or committees, as well as those in compliance or governance roles.

Okta is an identity management service and connects any person with any application on any device.

Zurich use Okta to provide identity security services in order for you to be able to access Zurich's online services.

Unipass Identity provides you with one secure online account which you can then use to log in to multiple financial services websites to access their online services.

With your Unipass Identity account you can download on your computer and you and store a Unipass Certificate but will also have a Unipass username or passphrase that you can use on mobile devices.

To access Zurich’s online services you need to have an Identity Security account set up. This can be direct with Zurich via Okta or via Unipass Identity.

If you already have registered with Unipass Identity, then you can log in to the Zurich Learning Hub via the Zurich Learning Hub log in button and follow the steps to activate your account.

Absolutely. You do not need to have an agency set up with Zurich to access the Zurich Learning Hub. However, Zurich requires you to have an Identity Security account set up. This can be direct with Zurich via Okta or by using Unipass Identity.

No, you only need one username and password to access both the Life Protection Platform and the Zurich Learning Hub. Please ensure you have a unique business email address for the Zurich Learning Hub so that we can communicate with you directly. A shared email address will not work.

If you are a Unipass Identity user, then your existing credentials will be valid across both the Zurich Life Protection Platform and the Zurich Learning Hub.

If you already have a Zurich username and password through Okta, you can use your current login details. Just log in via the Zurich Learning Hub and follow the steps.

If you’re registered with Unipass Identity, you can log in to the Zurich Learning Hub by clicking the login button and following the steps.

The Zurich Learning Hub content

We’re offering a variety of engaging content, and we’ll keep adding more to make sure it stays fresh and useful. There will be core Zurich propositional based on demand webinars categorised by Personal and Business Protection, live events on hot topics, short bite-sized videos on key themes, one-page quick reference guides of our core webinars, links to relevant articles within the Zurich Advice Matters section of our website, “How To” guides and much more.

For all CPD related content a personalised CDP certificate will be issued to you and stored within your own CPD file in your Zurich Learning Hub, as long as you meet the criteria set to qualify. This criteria will be detailed for each piece of relevant content within the hub.

For all CPD relevant content you will need to meet certain criteria in order to achieve the CPD minutes. For example, you may be required to answer some questions, or watch a training video for a certain amount of time. This criteria will then be detailed against each piece of content and when you have met the criteria your CPD certificate will be automatically created and stored in the CPD section of your hub. You will be able to access this at any time and download your certificate if you need to.

We have an exciting plan of new and engaging content for 2026 covering a range of topics, devised after a review of recent survey results sent to everyone registered on our protection platform. Your learning hub gives you the ability to send us your feedback. We welcome requests for content so please let us know.

Any questions you raise while you are in the hub will be picked up by the protection team. We will respond as quickly as possible, typically within 24 hours.
