5. Gave 5 (plus many more) reasons to build a menu plan with Zurich – no two customers are the same, so why should their cover be?
6. Launched new online forms for you – for those policy changes you need to make but can’t be done in our Life Protection Platform
7. Uncovered the latest underwriting trends – from blood pressure to weight loss medications, our underwriters have shared their thoughts on these trends and how they can affect your customer’s applications.
8. Gave you reasons why you should ADOPT delegated underwriting – 65% of our customers said they’d prefer to be sent a link to complete their health and lifestyle questionnaire, online in their own time. Delegated underwriting lets you make this possible.
9. Launched our protection pathways - helping you to create tailored solutions designed for customers at different stages of life – from single renters to families with children and beyond.
10. Industry award winners – we won multiple awards this year recognising our products, services and support.
