We've made some changes to make doing business with us easier and more rewarding for you and your customers.

This month we’ve:

Enhanced our income protection proposition to offer your customers even more support if they are ill or injured and can't work.

Increased the minimum age on all of our products – all new policyholders must now be a minimum age of 18.

Updated our Multi-fracture cover – we’ve updated our exclusions to our Multi-fracture cover.

Made our key features and terms and conditions easier to understand - based on customer feedback.

Improved our application process for trusts - If your customer’s application is referred, you won’t be able to add trust information until the referral is complete. This is because the available trust options might change.
