- Log in to your adviser portal and select the ‘My Policies’ option from the main menu
- Select the policy you want to enquire on by clicking on the hyperlink or using the search facility
From here you can view a wide range of information, including:

- Total regular premium and frequency
- Premium discount (if applicable)
- Arrears and reason for arrears (if applicable)
