What happens if a product doesn’t pass?

If we determine that fair value is not being provided, we will engage with the relevant distribution channels to agree on appropriate actions.

For new business, this may involve:

  • Reviewing the premium levels of the product
  • Reviewing the benefits offered
  • Closing the product altogether

Additionally, we may review premiums through certain distribution channels to ensure they reflect the nature and quality of the business sold.

Senior management and the Board monitor all actions raised in our product reviews and fair value assessments, which include target completion dates.
