Please read the important information carefully before completing the online form.

Important information:

• Indexation can be deferred a maximum of 3 times during the term of the policy, after which the policy reverts to a fixed sum assured for the remainder of the policy term.
• The deferral of indexation must be completed before the date stated in the letter which is issued to your customer 8 weeks prior to the policy anniversary date. Deferral of indexation is unable to be backdated.
• All policyholders, including all trustees (where a policy is in trust), will receive confirmation once the deferral of indexation has been processed.
