As the servicing agent, you can inform Zurich of changes to your customer’s address, and we’ve got a range of ways you can let us know.

It’s quick and easy to let us know about a customer’s change of address using our simple form. We will use electronic checks to verify the changes you’ve requested and, if unsuccessful, we will contact you for further information.
