Important Information - please read before completing the form

Create a username: before we can register an additional paraplanner profile to your firm account, your new paraplanner will firstly need to create a username. The username must be 8 to 10 characters long. It can include letters and numbers, but no spaces or special characters.
Complete the form: once you have created a new username for the setup of a paraplanner profile, complete this form.
Await confirmation from Zurich: it is essential to wait for email confirmation from Zurich that the new username has been assigned to a paraplanner profile before logging in to the Life Protection Platform with the new username. Confirmation usually takes two working days.
