We often receive calls asking for information to help support routine product or lifestyle reviews for client policies.

The good news is, all of this information is already available within the Zurich Life Protection Portal, making it quick and easy to access the details you want, without ever needing to pick up the phone.

Here’s how:

  • From your portal menu select ‘My Policies’.
  • Search for the policy you’d like to view and click on the hyperlink. You can also search by surname and policy status.
  • This will open up the policy record.

From here you can view key information regarding your client’s existing policy including:

  • The start date.
  • Type and term of the policy.
  • Benefits selected.
  • Sum assured amount and type.
  • The premium amount and frequency.
  • Details of your commission, including initial and renewal commission payable, along with a detailed breakdown for each.

And if you want to refer back to the original application you can simply search for the application summary, original policy schedule or other documents from your ‘My Documents’ section of your portal menu.

This makes it super simple to gather all the key information you need, all in one place.
