Important information:

  • We’ll ask you to confirm you’ve obtained explicit consent from the policyholder(s) and all trustees (where a policy is in trust) to cancel the policy(ies). In doing so, you are confirming that you are acting on the instruction of the policyholder(s) and trustees (if applicable), and that you have their authority to make the changes requested.
  • If the policy is owned by a company, we will require a signed letter/email from an active company director confirming confirmation of cancellation – information on how they can do this is within the online form, which you should share with your customer(s).
