2. Training process
Your dedicated Platform Adoption Consultant will discuss with you, the training process, firm structure and who will be accessing and using the Platform. Your PAC is responsible for making sure you're Platform ready.
3. Sign up
Complete a sign up form with your Business Account Manager and arrange a time for Platform Adoption Consultant to start set up and training.
4. Platform Adoption Support
Your Platform Adoption Consultant will then help and guide you through the process of set up, adding and managing clients, and using the platform to maximise the benefits to your firm.
5. Ongoing support
Through our Business Account Managers, Platform Adoption Consultants and servicing team, we provide the continual support you need so that you can fully understand and can use the platform.
