When is an ISA not an ISA?

We all understand the tax advantages of investing into ISA's, but what happens when investing into an ISA is ultimately increasing a clients estate and therefore the amount the estate will be paying in IHT?

This short animation provides an alternative angle where the money being invested into an ISA could be better spent funding a WOL policy which would fall outside the estate on death and ultimately tax free to the chosen beneficiaries.
